Questions about working together
Is the strategy call really free?
Yes. The strategy call is a genuine first assessment, not a sales conversation. I will walk through the regulations applicable to your product and flag the risks that matter most. There is no obligation to proceed with any service afterward.
How quickly will I get a response?
Most messages receive a response within one working day. Strategy call requests are confirmed within the same timeframe. If your situation is urgent, such as a customs hold or a market surveillance request, mention it in your message and I will prioritise accordingly.
Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?
Nothing specific. A description of your product and the markets you want to reach should be available during the call.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. All technical and commercial information is treated as confidential from the first contact. If your organisation requires a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing product details, I can provide one for signature before any technical exchange takes place. Confidentiality is a core principle of how I operate, set out in my professional code of ethics.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering or compliance team?
Absolutely. Many clients already have experienced engineering, quality or regulatory teams but need additional expertise for specific projects, peak workloads or complex regulatory requirements. My services are designed to fit around your existing organisation.
Are you available to travel to client sites?
Yes, when the project calls for it. Factory visits, lab coordination, or on-site technical reviews can all be arranged. Travel and accommodation costs are agreed upfront and billed separately from the service fee.
What languages do you work in?
English and Spanish. All deliverables, technical files, and documentation can be produced in either language depending on your needs and market requirements.
